you need to switch your workouts to three sets of no more than four repetitions per set. Make sure you always have a spotter to avoid injury.

The second thing you need to do is eat the right foods to promote muscle building. You need to be eating high protein foods and plenty of green vegetables. You also need to make sure you get a good amount of fat because you have to have fat to burn in order to create muscle. You are trying to gain weight so don’t be shy with the red meat, the pastas, the eggs, and anything else that has good carbohydrates and protein in it.

The last thing you can do to get larger muscles is to workout more and recover more. It is smart to switch from a five days on two days off routine to a four days on three days off routine. You should workout four days in a row for about three hours per day, then take three days off where all you do is some light cardio work. This will give your body plenty of time to recover and will give you plenty of time to workout. Your muscles actually grow during recovery so your body needs ample time to recover.

Start working out on a regular schedule, eat the right foods, and do low repetition high weight sets when you workout. Always make sure you have a spotter and consult a doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program.
